The business has just secured series C funding, gaining a $30,000,000 investment. With this they are looking to double the headcount over the next 18 months, meaning it’s now a brilliant time to make yourself a key figure within a company destined for the stars.

The Role
The role consists of overseeing a small team with the view to grow from day one. You will also be initially responsible for providing clear and concise reports to help the business make key, swift data driven decisions. As the role progresses, you will have more management tasks and be less ‘hands on’, however if you wish to stay ‘on the tools’, that’s something that can stay a part of your role.
- Oversee creation visualization tools that will allow key stakeholders to easily interpret day-to-day performance.
- Research and test new technologies, creating business proposals how to implement them in the business.
- Make continuous improvements to all data aspects within the business.
- Partner with the leaders of finance, marketing, product and engineering to develop a data model Management and development of dynamic dashboards and that can be used creatively to highlight new areas of improvement in the business.
- Management of the BI and Data Analytics teams that are responsible for analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
- Work with Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product to understand and guide the data underlying business metrics.
- Be a thought leader in defining models and coming up with innovative ways to provide insight.
- Integrate new data sources.
What you need
- 10+ years’ experience in Analytics and business intelligence
- 6+ years’ management experience
- Excellent understanding of modelling
- Experience using Power BI & SQL
- Experience with Python
- Excellent communication skills
